Personal Data Processed
Through the quote and contact forms on this website we process your name and surname, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, country/city and any information you include in your message. For technical security your IP address and browser information are also recorded.
Purposes of Processing
Preparing a quotation for the products and services you request and replying to you; carrying out pre-contractual and contractual processes; providing commercial communication, after-sales support and technical consultancy; fulfilling our legal obligations and ensuring information security.
Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 5/2-(c) “directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract”, Art. 5/2-(ç) “legal obligation” and Art. 5/2-(f) “legitimate interest” of the KVKK, and on your explicit consent.
Transfer
Your data may be transferred, with the necessary security measures and solely to fulfil your request, to authorised public institutions, our business partners and our hosting and e-mail service providers. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention
Form data is kept for the period required by the commercial relationship after your request is concluded and for the statutory limitation periods; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your Rights
Under Art. 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect, to request erasure or destruction, to request that these operations be notified to third parties, to object to analysis solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
