Product description

Spray polyurethane coating protects against abrasion and corrosion and improves material slide. The two-component polyurethane composition is sprayed onto the prepared surface under pressure, applied layer by layer with a mobile machine, each layer polymerising very quickly. Thickness is checked with a thickness gauge.

The minimum layer is 2 mm; the maximum is not limited. Surface quality matters: the coating is applied to a surface free of rubber, polyurethane, paint, adhered material or rust. Sandblasting can be done by the customer or by our team. On site, work below +10 °C must be carried out indoors; at our factory suitable conditions are always available.
